Once you’ve signed up, you will start earning rewards and points on all your Klad purchases. Be sure to be logged into your account to view your points.

To redeem your loyalty points for rewards, please follow these steps:
– Head to your loyalty points dashboard.
– On the dashboard, scroll down to the middle of the page and select your desired discount to exchange your points. To use your discount code, copy and paste it to the appropriate field at checkout or present it in store.

If a purchased item is returned, the voucher used becomes invalid, unless the return is due to an error from the seller.

Evergreen Membership:
– All benefits of Blossom Membership
– 10% discount on all Klad merchandise
– Access to Klad’s eco-events and sustainability conferences
– Personalized sustainability consultation for a green lifestyle transformation

To reach the Seed tier, you need to spend $300+ over the course of the calendar year.

To reach the Blossom tier, you need to spend $500+ over the course of the calendar year.

To reach the Evergreen tier, you need to spend $800+ over the course of the calendar year.

The tier status will last 1 year from the date you earned it on a rolling basis.
