OUR PROCESS

STAGE 1

Client briefing

As you come to KLAD, we will assist you in finding the best-suited uniform service that was made specifically for you through research, as well as professional advice from our team. The final brief is agreed upon with the client, outlining specific goals for budgets, timelines, design requirements, warehousing and aftercare.

You can now choose a tiered approach to meet your goals: our full uniform service, our pre-designed Klad Collection, or a combination of the two.

STAGE 2

Creative concepts

Our in-house team of talented and experienced individuals will assist you in bringing high-quality and one-of-a-kind school uniform designs to life. The sketch ideas will be created with professional and eye-catching illustrations for feedback and further development based on the client’s needs.

Our designers and R&D team then will create technical drawings with construction, detailing, and final measurements proposed in one technical pack

STAGE 3

Sourcing material

Once the design is finalized, the next step is to select the right fabric. From our diverse fabric library sourced from corporate fabric mills and meet the highest international standards, we will help you find the best-suited material based on our expetise on the latest trends and technology – from formal wear to highly flexible material for sports and outdoor activities in all weather conditions.

STAGE 4

Product development

Proto samples of your designs are created for review on real models with standard sampling stages prior to client approval.

Our garment cutters work closely with our designers to create high-quality samples before moving into manufacturing process. Functionality and durability are our top priorities to ensure that the garments can withstand a variety of school activities.

STAGE 5

Manufacturing

Once approved by the client, the uniform production will be made into action.

Our R&D team, along with technical supervisors, adhere to strict standard procedures to ensure the highest quality product and correct sizing consistency.

Before delivery, our technical team will conduct a final quality assessment.
